Homework:
- Reading List – Your child will be tested on their Reading words on Friday. They should be reading up to List 4 by Friday.
- Phonics worksheet p. 85 “Short Vowel A” – Read the sentences. Circle the word that will finish the sentence. Print it on the line.
- Phonics worksheet p. 86 “Short Vowel A” – Say the name of each picture. Print the picture name on the line.
- Math worksheet 6-3 pg. 97-98 “Joining Groups” – Directions are on the bottom of the worksheet.
- Math worksheet 6-4 pg. 99-100 “Using the Plus Sign” Directions are on the bottom of the worksheet.
- Math worksheet 6-5 pg. 101-102 “Finding Sums” Directions are on the bottom of the worksheet.
- Read to or with your child 15 minutes each day. Point to the words as you read. Your child will start to recognize the words that show up more than once on the page. Also make sure that the reading selection is at the kindergarten or first grade level.
